The Upper Puster Valley, which is home to the Drei Zinnen, has a lot to offer during winter: a scenic mountain backdrop, seven ski resorts which are accessible with a single ski pass, ski slopes with various difficulty levels which blend harmoniously in the landscape, friendly inhabitants, and mountain huts with a typical local flavour.

The so-called “Skizentrum Hochpustertal” (Upper Puster Valley ski centre) boasts 28 ski lifts and 55 km of ski slopes. It is part of Dolomiti Superski with a total of 450 ski lifts and 1,220 km of slopes.

Ski resort Helm – the star mountain of the Upper Puster Valley
Enjoy the view of Sexten's Sundial while skiing … 7 ski lifts (2 gondola lifts – 4 chair lifts & 1 ski lift) with 21 kilometres of slopes await you at the Helm ski resort. The bottom station is next to the Waldheim Hotel. The Helm ski resort boasts the longest ski slope of the whole Upper Puster Valley!

Waldheim ski lifts – ideal for beginners
The Waldheim ski lifts are next to the Waldheim Hotel and provide an ideal training slope for children and beginners. They are also home to the children's ski school and to Sexten's ski school.

Ski resort Rotwand – ideal for families
A gratis shuttle bus takes you to the Rotwand ski resort, and a circular cable railway takes you from Bad Moos to the wonderful wintry landscape of the Rotwand pastures, which are surrounded by the majestic Dolomite massif.

The Upper Puster Valley ski centre (Skizentrum Hochpustertal) has a lot of wintry fun to offer to beginners, families, and experienced skiers alike! 7 ski resorts, 1 ski pass … an offer which is unique to our Upper Puster Valley! The Kronplatz is just a half hour away: with its 110 kilometres of slopes, numerous ski lifts, and snowboard park, South Tyrol's number-one ski mountain is simply a must!

Right next to the Waldheim Hotel, you will find Sexten's ski school & ski rental. Courses for beginners (adults and children) start each Monday. In the adjoining ski rental, you can obtain advice on skiing equipment and prices.
